Telephone Training
Telephone trainings are audio conference programs that will be held at your credit
union. on the designated dates. When your credit
union completes the reservation form advertising the program, the credit
union will be sent an Access Number to log onto the conference call.
These sessions are ideal for on-site credit union training for several employees!

Webinars
Webinars are a great way to train staff at your office. Whether you have 1 or more staff to be trained, all you need is access to a telephone connection and a computer. You can use an LCD projector to train multiple staff at one time. An updated listing of over 30 webinars is faxed to credit unions each month. Webinars with a fee of $245 offer live and recorded features. You can purchase a recorded session up to 6 months after the session occurs.

To purchase a live and recorded session the cost is $365. All other webinars vary in price from $119-$245 depending on the resource we use to offer the session. All registrations are handled by the Association. Handout materials are sent to the registered participant prior to the program and should be copied for all other participants.The computer connection for the participant should be tested with the webinar system 1 day prior to the session.
