* STAR, MERIT, VAP & VLP
The Association offers credit unions high quality, self-paced, credit union specific training programs. Certificates of achievement can be earned at all levels. There are programs for staff (STAR-Staff Training and Recognition Program), management (MERIT-Management Enrichment Training Program) and directors (VAP-Volunteer Achievement Program and VLP -Volunteer Leadership Program). Many of these classes are also taught at the Association to offer networking opportunities for participants. In addition, through CUNA's Center for Professional Development, you can participate in the Regulatory Compliance Program (RegTraC) and Certified Executive Program (CEP).
