About Us
The Credit Union Foundation of Colorado and Wyoming, a nonprofit charitable organization, is dedicated to promoting financial literacy and to serving the disadvantaged in our community.
Since its inception in 1982, the Foundation has granted more than $600,000 to credit unions and nonprofit organizations in the furtherance of this mission. The Foundation’s programs include academic scholarships for members to pursue higher education, scholarships to support the professional development of credit union employees and volunteers, and grants to nonprofit organizations and credit unions that provide for a variety of financial and educational services in our community.
Each year, the Foundation—through these various programs and funds—touches thousands of lives in our community. This work is made possible only through the generous support of individuals, credit unions, and corporate partners working together.
