About Us
The Credit Union Association of Colorado is the statewide trade association representing 144 Colorado credit unions and more than 1.5 million credit union members – one in three Colorado citizens.
Our efforts concentrate on three goals – unifying the credit union movement, providing better member service and helping credit unions grow. We've developed four underlying strategies to accomplish these goals, including enhancing the overall quality and delivery of our services, heightening credit union visibility among the general public and policy makers, strengthening our advocacy efforts on all legislative and regulatory fronts and refining Credit Union Strategic Partners’ business model to promote credit union growth.
Based in Arvada, Colorado, the Association serves and supports credit unions, which are member-owned, not-for-profit financial institutions that return their proceeds to their members, usually in the form of better interest rates and lower fees.
