Expedited Funds Availability Act (Reg CC) for Credit Unions

This course provides a thorough understanding of the concepts, terms and requirements of the Expedited Funds Availability Act (Regulation CC) as they apply to your credit union and your job function. Because state-chartered credit unions are authorized to accept deposits in some states, we usually use expansive terms in this course, such as "share draft or checking accounts." We also use the term "customer" as provided by Regulation CC to mean both consumer and business members, and the term "check" to include share drafts.
