This course is designed to provide a working knowledge of recordkeeping, reporting, and disclosure requirements of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) by completing the objectives listed below. This course reflects HMDA requirements effective January 1, 2004.

  • Appreciate your institution's obligations in retaining and reporting loan information as required by HMDA, and perform your role in fulfilling that obligation.
