Insider Trading        





Employees of publicly-owned companies often possess “inside information” about their company, and from to time to time they will want to trade their company’s stock. The securities laws impose strict penalties on persons who illegally engage in insider trading. Companies involved in this activity can also be found guilty of securities law violations. This course will enable you to steer clear of potentially serious criminal and civil infractions.
